Between May 6 and 9, the official unveiling of Opera Olei at TuttoFood, the food & beverage B2B international fair.
A high-impact dedicated stand – Pav. 5 Oil Cellar G16 – H19 spread the word about this groundbreaking project, conceived to revolutionize the use of oil in cooking and to raise and promote awareness about high-quality monocultivar olive oil.
The Opera Olei ArtBox made its premiere at TuttoFood. This collectible box presents six bottles of top-tier 100 ml monocultivar extra-virgin olive oil, selected from all over Italy for intensity and as sublime interpretations of six different parts of the country: Ottobratico from Olearia San Giorgio (Calabria), 46° Parallelo from Agraria Riva del Garda (Trentino), Primo from Frantoi Cutrera (Sicily), Il Sincero from Azienda Agraria Viola (Umbria), Villa Magra Grand Cru from Frantoio Franci (Tuscany), and Coratina from Mimì (Puglia). The box contains a poster with clear and extensive information about these oil presses and the unique characteristics of the cultivars they use, along with a practical handbook featuring suggestions on oils to combine with recipes to ensure that oil is an additional ally.
Opera Olei Artbox is a statement of monocultivar extra-virgin olive oil’s place as an ingredient of rare power, capable of enhancing every dish and adding personality to every recipe.
An elixir of life, fragrance and elegance, taste and wellbeing.
